This is the initial session to meet together and discuss how individual psychotherapy may benefit you at this time. Reasons for individual psychotherapy include: difficulties dealing with infertility and fertility treatments, supportive counselling for the journey of becoming a single parent by choice, pregnancy-related mental health challenges, and postpartum mental health challenges.

Please note that the initial session is $250 and subsequent sessions are $240/hr.
